The Roadmap Package

When you need a design plan.
You want to manage your own remodel project, but you need more than just a quick consultation. You need details, layout, and material specifications so you can compare apples to apples when shopping for contractors.

This fee covers a maximum of 60 designer hours over a maximum of 7 business days. No refunds or revisions. Does not include any engineering, structural, electrical, or millwork details. No follow up calls or meetings unless billed separately. Subject to availability.

If you’re in the research/planning phase of your home renovation and want pro designer intel before you commit, this service is for you. We come to your home and LISTEN to your needs. We discuss options with you based on your space, timeline, and budget. We help you organize your thoughts. We talk about what is worth investing a bit more, and where you can save. We talk about what to look for, what to avoid. We give honest feedback on your ideas. We refer you to the best and most reliable local resources to help make your project a success. And best of all: Following our meeting, we send you an itemized design diagnostic, detailing all of our recommendations for your records, so you can move forward with confidence.
Please note that we don't offer consulting for clients who have already started construction.
Color Me Happy

When you just need paint colors.
Paint color selection can be very stressful, because it is a commitment and an investment. Have no fear, the color experts are here. We meet with you in home, discuss what you are envisioning, and propose colors for you same day. If need be, we can even order larger scale samples for you and have them shipped to your door, all included within the flat rate fee. It's as easy as color selection gets.
