STEP 1. IDENTIFYING
YOUR JOB:
Share your vision, your needs, your budget range, and all your project parameters. Pay the Design & Management invoice.
OUR JOB:
Listen, and ask the right questions to fully understand what you are after and formulate an approach that makes sense within your budget. Educate client on realistic cost and timeline expectations for their specific goals. Conduct a thorough site evaluation, take measurements, and document all relevant architectural details. Develop a proposed layout, FF&E package, and design concept that delivers on all client's requirements for their space.
