If you’re in the research/planning phase of your home renovation and want pro designer intel before you commit, this service is for you. We come to your home and LISTEN to your needs. We discuss options with you based on your space, timeline, and budget. We help you organize your thoughts. We talk about what is worth investing a bit more, and where you can save. We talk about what to look for, what to avoid. We give honest feedback on your ideas. We refer you to the best and most reliable local resources to help make your project a success. And best of all: Following our meeting, we send you an itemized design diagnostic, detailing all of our recommendations for your records, so you can move forward with confidence.

 

This fee covers a maximum of 6 designer hours over a maximum of 1 business day. Please note that we don't offer consulting for clients who have already started construction.​

When you need a plan, QUICKLY.

 

Your contractor is ready to go on your project, but there's a problem. You have no plan, no specifications, no selections, and no TIME. For clients needing an expedited design plan, who have not already started demo, we are here to help you get your design ducks in a row quickly.

 

What you get:

• 1 in person meeting to review the space and your needs

• 1 in person meeting to review the proposed design

• 1 room layout proposal with relevant dimensions

• 1 set of specifications (finishes and fixtures)

• Confirmation of inventory availability to minimize any material/fixture order delays

 

This fee covers a maximum of 20 designer hours over a maximum of 3 business days. No refunds or revisions. Does not include any engineering, structural, electrical, or millwork details. No follow up calls or meetings unless billed separately.​ Subject to availability. ​​​​​

When you just need paint colors.

 

Paint color selection can be very stressful, because it is a  commitment and an investment. Have no fear, the color experts are here. We meet with you in home, discuss what you are envisioning, and propose colors for you same day. If need be, we can even order larger scale samples for you and have them shipped to your door, all included within the flat rate fee. It's as easy as color selection gets.
