Below are some recent projects completed for clients who wanted a turnkey experience. These are all examples of full-service interior design (AKA the Less Stress Package), where we take our clients seamlessly from concept to completion.
Ruby Hill CEO
This client wanted to take his builder grade "luxury" home from drab to fab. He was less concerned with resale, and more concerned with having something that was truly his own. He asked us to provide planning, selections, and project management for the renovation and furnishing of his home.
The expansive 8,000 square foot Ruby Hill estate needed a full overhaul cosmetically to take it into the 21st century. Honoring the Mediterranean style architecture and working with the existing layout, we updated finishes, installed new millwork, stone and hardwood, and procured custom luxury furnishings and fittings to complete the look.
The results are stunning, a true exhibition of elegance that meets the level of adornment demanded by the architecture, without becoming excessive and gaudy. Nothing short of Ritz Carlton material, this home now feels complete, timeless, and exudes pure luxury from floor to ceiling.
Ruby Hill Commuter Family
This family of four (including one lovable pup) asked us to transform their newly purchased home prior to move in. They wanted a hands free experience, but communicated their preference for an upscale transitional aesthetic, mostly light, with splashes of dark.
The bones of this 6,000 square foot Ruby Hill home were lovely, with heavy mouldings and rich pecan wood finishes which the client asked us to preserve. Up against a challenging timeline, we opted for a partial kitchen update and full primary suite update to maximize our client's investment.
The project came together beautifully with a dynamic blend of subtlety and depth that keeps the eye engaged. Warm lighting and cozy hand-selected furnishings make this a space they are enjoying immensely in their free time.
Danville Power Couple
Managing ambitious and diverse careers, this couple wanted a more intentional and cohesive feeling in their home. Their needs were simple, but their availability non-existent. They asked us to provide planning, selections, and project management for the renovation and furnishing of their home.
The home was well cared for but had most of its original 70's features throughout, and was ready for a change. While the transformation was jaw dropping, the budget was kept well in check through various methods, such as keeping all the original plumbing locations. We combined cool neutrals, warm wood tones, and modern accents throughout to create a warm minimalist vibe. The result is clean, comfortable, and perfect for unwinding after a long day at the office.
Danville Bachelor
This client loved the outdoors, and wanted to integrate strong rustic elements throughout his home without it feeling too heavy or exclusively masculine. He asked us to transform his dated 90's builder grade home, and wanted a hands-free arrangement to accommodate his busy work schedule.
Using a palette of rustic woods, dark metal finishes and rich earth tones, we created an overall moody masculine vibe with subtle feminine touches to create that level of class and elegance.
The eclectic mix of dramatic tones, organic textures, and classic lines all came together in a final glorious composition of elegance and comfort.
